Follow the below steps to create a Case Manager Team:

  1. Navigate to 'Setup' (left menu) and click 'Settings'
  2. Select 'Case Manager Teams' under 'Setup'.
  3. Click 'Add New' and update the name.
  4. Click 'Save'.
