Case not showing up on Portal

How to show the Open Case Not Showing up in Foreign National Portal


Try checking within the case level the Access Rights of the case to see if the Foreign National if denied access.

Go to case, then under the  Security and Tools > click on Case Access Rights

Then click on "Edit Access Rights" for the Foreign National

Then click on Granted if it's showing Denied. Then Save
