How to invite a user to INSZoom, and send a request to upload required documents
- To invite a user, please click on "Client", then click "Add".
- On the "Client Registration" page, click on "Employment Based" from the drop-down menu.
- Click "Choose Corporation" and select the corporation for the employee. Next, input the client's name and birth date.
- On the next page, supply the client's email address.
- Click on the "Send Email" button.
- The client's profile will be created. Click "Continue" on the next page.
- An email will be sent to the user which will allow the user to create his log-in details.
- To send an email to request documents, go to the client's profile page (Client info), then scroll-down and hover over "Emails" and click on "Request Docs".
- On the next page, click on "Client can upload documents".
- Click the "Send Email" button.
- The client will then be able to access the link and upload the documents being requested for.
