How to invite a user to INSZoom, and send a request to upload required documents

 

To invite a user, please click on "Client", then click "Add":


 


 

On the "Client Registration" page, click on "Employment Based" from the drop-down menu and click "Choose Corporation" and select the corporation for the employee. Next, input the client's name and birthdate:


 


 

On the next page, supply the client's email address:


 


 

Click on the "Send Email" button:



 


 

The client's profile will be created. Click "Continue" on the next page:


 


 

An email will be sent to the user which will allow the user to create his log-in details.


 

To send an email to request documents, go to the client's profile page (Client info), then scroll-down and hover over "Emails" and click on "Request Docs": 



 


 

On the next page, click on "Client can upload documents":


 


 

Then click the "Send Email" button:


 


 

The client will then be able to access the link and upload the documents being requested for:
