How to invite a user to INSZoom, and send a request to upload required documents
- To invite a user, please click on "Client", then click "Add".
- On the "Client Registration" page, click on "Employment Based" from the drop-down menu.
- Click "Choose Corporation" and select the corporation for the employee. Next, input the client's name and birth date.
- On the next page, supply the client's email address.
- Click on the "Send Email" button.
6. The client's profile will be created. Click "Continue" on the next page.
7. An email will be sent to the user which will allow the user to create his log-in details.
8. To send an email to request documents, go to the client's profile page (Client info), then scroll-down and hover over "Emails" and click on "Request Docs".
- On the next page, click on "Client can upload documents".
- Click the "Send Email" button.
- The client will then be able to access the link and upload the documents being requested for.
