How to Transfer a Client from one company to another and How to Transfer a Corporate Client to Individual Client?

a) Transferring from one corporation to another

  1. Navigate to Client Profile.

  1. Click Employee Transfer button under Security and Tools.

  1. Click Choose Corporation.

  1. Search of the Corporation and click on Copy.

b) Transferring Corporate Client to Individual Client

  1. Navigate to Client Profile.

  1. Click on Employee Transfer button under Security and Tools.

  1. Click on Choose Corporation.

  1. Search for "Individual Client" and Click on Copy.
