PDF Preview Mode in Chrome

How to have PDF files open in preview mode instead of downloading?

When opening PDF files in the Document interface, the Chrome browser will download the document instead of opening a preview.  

To change this setting, open Chrome, then:

1. Click the three dots at the top right corner of your browser and select Settings.
2. Select Privacy and Security from the left-hand menu.
3. Click on Site Settings.
4. Scroll down and select PDF documents.
5. Make sure the setting for "Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome" is toggled to Off.
