Assign the Intake questionnaire to the FN portal from the corporation-level
This setting is configured at the corporation level, so by default, it will be reflected in the FN portal for all the FNs of that corporation.
Navigation: Corporation Info>>Security and tools>>Adv. Settings >> (+) Client Setting >> (+) Portal Configuration >> Link Client profile questionnaire.
Click on “Attached” to link the questionnaire.
Select the questionnaire you want to attach from the list and click on ‘Save’.
Note: Only one questionnaire can be attached, if the user wants to attach another questionnaire, the already linked questionnaire has to be deleted, and then click on ‘Attached’ to link another questionnaire.
Once the questionnaire is linked, it will be available in the foreign national portal under the section “Firm requests you to keep your profile up-to-date with the most current information. Please click here to update the profile.”
