Circa Outreach 1.0 Setup Guide
Introduction
The Circa Outreach platform allows employers and community based organizations to exchange messages and corresponding emails, which are tracked automatically by the Outreach Management System.
Prerequisites
As part of the General Availability launch, Outreach will be available to all Diversity Catalyst subscribers. The only requirement for Outreach access is a Diversity catalyst subscription.
Access to Outreach
Customers will submit a request to opt-in to use Outreach during the early access period. During this time, customer support will turn on the feature for the Customer. Once outreach is enabled by support, customers can start using it.
Customer success will need to use product configuration to disable the feature flag for each Customer that submits a request to opt-in to early access of Outreach. Once the early access period has ended, Outreach is generally available and there will not be any product configuration required.
