Circa Outreach 1.0 Setup Guide

    Introduction 

    The Circa Outreach platform allows employers and community based organizations to exchange messages and corresponding emails, which are tracked automatically by the Outreach Management System.

    Prerequisites

    As part of the General Availability launch, Outreach will be available to all Diversity Catalyst subscribers. The only requirement for Outreach access is a Diversity catalyst subscription.

    Access to Outreach

    During onboarding for a new customer, they will need to have the Feature Flag currently called ‘New Outreach Management System’ flipped to On. In order for the Outreach section in Diversity Catalyst to show up, the customer will also need to have active access to the ‘OMS’ feature in their Product Authorizations list.
