This page details the issues fixed in EraCLM 3.52.3 release.

Fixed Issues

Issue: The Deviation Report didn’t show all changes done during negotiation when working with the counterparty offline.
Description: The Deviation Report showed the original contract and the latest changes while ignoring changes in between when working with the counterparty offline.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Controller creates an agreement that allows offline negotiation in Microsoft Word.
2. Controller downloads the agreement in Word for offline negotiation on behalf of the counterparty.
3. Counterparty makes changes to the agreement.
4. Controller uploads the agreement to EraCLM.
5. Controller accepts deletions and proposes new values in tags.
6. Controller downloads agreement in Word on behalf of counterparty.
7. Counterparty doesn’t make changes.
8. Controller uploads the agreement to EraCLM.
9. In Deviation Report, the left side showed the original agreement without any values set while the right side showed the latest values. The changes made in between were ignored.

Issue: Issues with Not ok with some changes.
Description:
During internal negotiation between a controller and a negotiator, if the negotiator clicked Not ok with some changes or edited the agreement, the following behavior occurred:
- The controller didn’t receive the email notifying him/her of the changes to the agreement.
- EraCLM registered that the agreement was accepted by the counterparty.
- Approvals made by an approver didn’t trigger a review by the controller before sending the agreement to the counterparty.

Issue: Redlines known issues.
Description: Redlines didn’t persist when a parent agreement was negotiated and then a child agreement was created.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Controller creates an agreement that allows offline negotiation in Microsoft Word.
2. Controller downloads the agreement in Word for offline negotiaton on behalf of the counterparty.
3. Counterparty makes changes to the agreement.
4. Controller uploads the agreement to EraCLM.
5. Controller accepts deletions and proposes new values in tags.
6. Controller downloads agreement in Word on behalf of counterparty.
7. Counterparty doesn’t make changes.
8. Controller uploads the agreement to EraCLM.
9.Controller creates a child agreement with conditional drafting. The conditional drafting modifies the same sections that were negotiated before.
10. The sections appear with default values instead of those agreed upon in the previous round of negotiation.

Issue: The controller can’t create a request from a framework.
Description: The controller can’t create a request using frameworks set with Type of collaboration as counterparty always Offline and instead, a 500 error shows in the console.
