About This Release

This release includes enhancements to Optical Character Recognition (OCR), the Insights module and Framework Builder. It also fixed an issue with the negotiation workflow.

Enhancements

This release includes the following enhancements:

• Now we ensure that a name doesn’t duplicate when framework or agreement names are edited after being created.

• OCR. We have made improvements to OCR logger to track documents and see their status.

• OCR. We added an extra icon in OCR to distinguish the documents already processed from the ones still pending.

• Insights. Now the Agreement Dashboard has a new filter for frameworks. You can select any framework that has been used by your organization to create documents.

• Framework Builder. We increased the text limit to 5000 characters in the Description dialog box under Text Alternatives.

Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue with frameworks configured with no Counterparty, Negotiators and Approvers rules. Sometimes, when a document triggered approver rules, it didn’t go back to the approvers before being accepted or signed.
