User Types
The primary users of EraCLM are users and administrators. These roles define permissions for content creation, platform settings, and feature activation, among other tasks.
- Users: The solution allows users to draft, negotiate, manage, assign, approve, and sign agreements for their organization. Users can create new sections to keep track of changes through the negotiation process, create tags for agreement terms, collaborate with other people, and reassign agreements. Users also utilize reporting tools and assign future tasks for pending items.
- Platform Admins: Platform admins have access to the same features as users, but can also create pre-defined templates for frameworks (documents) by using the Framework Builder. Admins also create and activate new users.
Frameworks are agreement templates. Admins can configure the following tasks for frameworks:
- Rule-based automated document assembly.
- Framework workflows, which determine future agreement behavior.
Users and Platform Admins can be part of a Team. Teams let platform admins easily manage user permissions and configuration.
