How to Configure Permissions on Agreements
EraCLM lets you share agreements by configuring the agreement Access Control List (ACL) which lets you add users and groups. Usually these permissions are configured in a framework rule that automatically shares agreements with an predefined user or group.
The shared agreements appear in section Agreements, in the following tabs:

My Team Agreements: This tab shows which shared agreements are in the negotiation phase.

Shared Archive: This tab shows which shared agreements have been completed.
How to Add Permissions to an Agreement
Perform the following procedure to share an agreement by configuring the agreement ACL. This procedure assumes that you have Staff user (admin) permissions and access to the Admin Panel.

On EraCLM, click cog > Admin Panel.

On Django Administration, scroll down to FRAMEWORK and click Contracts.

Search for the agreement.

On Access Control List, add the group or user in the GROUP/USER NAME box.

Select Viewer in the ROLES dropdown list.

Click Save.
How to Remove Permissions to an Agreement
This procedure refers to unshare an agreement so that it doesn’t appear in the Agreements section, on the My Team Agreements and Shared Archive.

On EraCLM, click cog > Admin Panel.

On Django Administration, scroll down to FRAMEWORK and click Contracts.

Search for the agreement.

On Access Control List, select the DELETE? checkbox.

Click Save.
