Search Template Editor – Document Inventory Tab

Document Inventory is used to create a list of required documents and identify those documents which are stored in DataStoreDSX and those which are missing.

See “Create Document Inventory Search Template” for an example.

Licence required: Document Inventory requires a licence. If you do not see the options described here, contact about purchasing a licence.

The Search Template cannot be saved until the Document Inventory configuration is valid. This means Inventory Items must be added to all Document Inventories before the Search Template can be saved.  

Search Templates can be configured for Document Inventory. Select the Document Inventory tab in the Search Template Editor.

Click on a button or area of the Inventory Configuration pane in the graphic above to go to the relevant topic.
