Corridor: I can't see my client

User: My Client's name does not show on the Home page in Corridor.  

Solution: Contact Corridor Support to confirm (1) if the Client still uses Corridor and (2) if there is a finance hold.

  1. If the Client does not use Corridor, you may need to contact your Client for more information.
  2. If there is a finance hold, you must pay the fee for this Client. Once fee is paid, you will be able to bill invoices to your Client. You can reach out to our Finance department at '' regarding financial hold related to this Client.
