Client Implementation

 

Configuring the system for the first time involves coordination between your company, Mitratech, and the vendor/law firm. After the initial configuration, adding an additional vendor/law firm becomes more of a routine task. If you need assistance, contact Mitratech Support.

eCounsel

This guide assumes all the technical system setup (as described in the Smart Invoice Guide) has already occurred (the first three steps are performed using Suite Manager):

  • Your company has been activated to use the Corridor Website.

  • The Web Cost Management task (Bridgeway Suite 7.x) or Smart Invoice Web task (Bridgeway Suite 8.x) to retrieve invoices has been installed and scheduled.

  • Your pre-import audit rules have been imported and configured.

  • Your vendors/law firms have been entered in eCounsel and configured to use the Corridor Website (eCounsel Entities/Billing Info).

LawManager

This guide assumes all the technical system setup (as described in the LawManager Corridor Integration Guide) has already occurred using LawManager Pro Developer:

  • Your company has been activated to use the Corridor Website.

  • The configuration between LawManager and Corridor has been implemented to schedule the retrieval of invoices.

  • Your pre-import audit rules have been configured.

  • Your vendors/law firms have been entered in LawManager and configured to use the Corridor Website.
