View Matters that have been Assigned to Your Firm
Step-by-step guide describing how to view matters that have been assigned to a firm in Collaborati. Includes helpful screenshots.
Client authorized matters are shown on the Client Profile Matters section screen:
- Click “Clients” on the top menu bar
- Choose your client.
- Select your "Office"
- Click the sixth icon from the top on the left navigation menu ("Matters").
You can also do the following:
- Click “Matters” on the top menu bar
- Select your "Office"
- Filter by your client’s name
Note: Make sure to clear out extra information in the Search Filters that could prevent you from finding your matter by using the Clear button on the bottom left of the Search filters.
If you don't see your matter listed, you will need to contact the client and request them to assign the matter to your law firm.
If you are unable to view the Matters page and can only see the Home, Invoices and Budgets pages, then contact your firm's Collaborati Administrator.
If you think that the Matter is assigned to the wrong "Office" account, contact Collaborati Support for assistance or contact your client.
