Status of Upload PDF Invoices
This article details the information about the Status and Workflow of the Upload PDF Invoices.
Name of the Status | Description | What to Do |

Users will only see this status if the uploaded file is large (or if the system is busy due to many other users processing invoices at the same time). Requires no action. |
File error | The invoice file was not able to be successfully processed. Review errors and upload a revised invoice file. | Users need to review error details by clicking on the File Name, correct the error(s) in your time and resubmit your file. |
Ready For review | The invoice was processed successfully. Click on the invoice link to view the invoice record before submitting to the client. | Users can preview their invoices by clicking on the File Name, attach documents to invoices, and submit the file to the client. |
Ready For review (Missing Fields) | The invoice was processed successfully but there are required fields missing. Click on the invoice link to view the invoice record and update the required fields before submitting to the client. | Users can preview their invoices by clicking on the File Name, to review and update the missing information on invoices, and submit the file to the client. |
Waiting to Client to Accept | The invoice file has been submitted to the client, but it has not synced over to the client’s system yet. | Clients should normally receive invoices shortly. However, there may be delay in client invoice retrieval due to the client system overload, technical issues, or client Administrative issues. |
Completed | The invoice file has been successfully synced over to the client system for approval. Please click on the invoice link to see the final approval status of the invoice. | Users can see the invoice status of individual invoices from this file at the Track Invoices screen. |
