Error: The invoice cannot be submitted with Zero tax rate for taxable items. This error only affect invoices with the Tax Type US.

Solution:

(1) Either the Tax Rate should have a valid number (Value must be between 0 and 100.)

OR

(2) the Line Item should NOT have the Taxable Item box checked.

Line Item should not have the Taxable Items box checked.

Follow the steps below to correct line items:

1. Review Line Items to see if any of the Lines include the words "Taxable". To remove the Taxable Item

2. Click Edit Line Items

3. Click the Pencil on the right side of the Line Item

4. Uncheck the box marked Taxable Item

5. Click OK
