  • Unlock your iOS device
  • You will see an App called Settings

Tap on the 'Settings' App

  • Click on General
  • Then About

General / About screen

  • To find the iOS Software Version go to 'Version' and send Mitratech '9.3.5 (13G36)'
  • Just below this is the Model of the iOS Device send Mitratech 'MC769x/A'
  • You may find it easier to take a 'screenshot' of this screen by holding the On/Off button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.
