Installation and Setup

The instructions in this guide detail how to successfully install the CMO WinApp. Additionally, all of the relevant Role Permissions that apply to CMO Mobile are outlined in this section.

Before you begin:

Ensure you have the following information readily accessible before downloading the App. Contact CMO Support if you experience any issues:

Install Microsoft .NET 4.5 Framework: See the .NET 4.5 section of this guide for further detail. 
Download the WinApp from the Installer Page: Contact CMO Support to obtain the Installer link.
Server Name: Example: https://bestpracticesus-cmo.mitratech.com
Username and Password: Use the same login credentials as the Web Application
