Sync Event from WinApp to Web

This section details how to queue Events to sync from the WinApp to the web server and how to execute a successful sync.

Before a sync takes place, users must change the sync status from On Mobile to Sync to Server before pushing the Event back up to the web application. If this step is missed before a sync occurs, it will not be pushed back to up the web.

Change the Event Sync Status

  1. Navigate to the Events module and locate the Event you want to sync. 
  2. Click the cog wheel and select the Change Sync Status menu option. 
  3. The Sync Status on the Event Register should change from On Mobile to Sync to Server.

Perform an Event Sync

The actual sync can take place from the Events module or from the Sync module.
