This document details the resolved issues that are included in the CMO R21 Web Maintenance and Mobile Maintenance Projects.


Welcome to the CMO Compliance R21 Release Notes.

This document details the client-reported issues that are included in the CMO Web Application R21 maintenance release. The following Release Notes cover resolved issues in the Web Application, as well as the mobile Andriod, iOS, and Windows apps that affect versions Update 25 and Version 16.0. The individual tickets will detail the applicable versions.

Resolved Issues 

This section describes the issues that are resolved in the CMO Compliance R20 maintenance release. Each resolved issue is documented in the format:

Web Application 

Issue: The Full Event Report was limited to only 1,000 Events.

Issue: Users were receiving emails every 15 minutes after the Event Data Export Report was scheduled on a daily interval.

Issue: A column in the Data Warehouse's dimEvent table had a confusing name of EventDateTime.

Known Issue: Rolling Average Frequency Rate Widget did not show the "12 month rolling" line which detailed Hours Worked for a specific project.
Note: This reported bug was closed as Won't Fix so it is marked as a "known issue" - meaning our developers know it's an issue and will work to resolve it, if possible.
