This document details the feature enhancements and resolved issues that are included in the CMO Web Maintenance and Mobile Maintenance Projects.

 

 

Welcome to the CMO Compliance R14 Release Notes.

This document details the client-reported issues that are included in the CMO Web Application R14 maintenance release. The following Release Notes cover resolved issues in the Web Application, as well as the mobile iOS, Android, and Windows apps that affect versions Update 25 and Version 16.0. The individual tickets will detail the applicable versions.

Resolved Issues 

This section describes the issues that are resolved in the CMO Compliance R14 maintenance release. Each resolved issue is documented in the format:

Web Application 

Issue: When filtering by particular project (entity) in the Rolling Average Frequency Rate widget, the 12-month rolling frequently rate line was not visible in the widget.

Issue: The FRA 2014 Report templates were missing the Date column after client upgraded from version 14.05 to 15.02.

Issue: When a Role was cloned then deleted, it caused the original role to lose Edit Access to their own role.

Issue: Users were completing actions via an ICWS button, but the Actions were not being closed out and users were unable to complete Workflow Actions.

Issue: A user with insufficient permissions was able to perform Events. Additionally, responses were cleared upon entry into the Event, even though the user could not technically edit the question/section/response.

Issue: The HRImport feature did not allow for multiple Org Units to be assigned against one Entity.

Mobile iOS Application

Issue: When user synced from Mobile > Web > Mobile, all Non-Compliances and Actions were not associated to their respective Events.

Issue: The Due Date field did not appear when Event was created from a Dashboard on iOS.

Issue: When a sync was attempted in the field for a Form containing comments, pictures, and attachments, [occasionally] only the Form answers would sync to the web while the rest of the data was lost.

Mobile Windows Application

Issue: All questions in a Form were displayed on one page even though the Show Multiple Questions setting was disabled (meaning each question should have displayed on its own page).
