Action Report By Age

This is a report that is generated for Multiple Actions based on org structure, Action Status, Action Category, Responsible, related Forms, Hierarchy of Controls, and a date filter. 

Navigation

  • Go to the Reports module in the navigation bar
  • Select Standard Reports
  • Locate the Action Report Age report from the drop down

Report Layout

The report layout displays in 4 sections from top to bottom:

  1. Filters used
  2. Overall stats (% completed, #s open, closed, and verified)
  3. Bar graph of actions Raised vs. Completed vs. Verified by Date Filter
  4. Pie graph of Responsible Parties
  5. Listing of all actions included in the report
