CMO - How to add the Obligation Compliance Status as a mandatory feature to respond on completing the Action

Goal

To assist the user in setting up the Action completion transition step to add the Obligation Compliance Status as a mandatory item. As a result when the Action is completed by the user, it is required to select the appropriate status as well  for the associated Obligation.

  • Login to CMO Application.
  • Go to Admin >> Action Management Process.

  • Go to default.

  • Go to Complete Transition step.

  • Go to the Operations available in the Transition section. Select the 'Change Obligation Compliance Status' feature to 'Mandatory'.

Once done, Go to a Pending/Overdue Action that is associated to an Obligation. Click 'Complete' button to complete the Action.

On completing the Action, the system now shows the Obligation Compliance Status as a mandatory item to be updated by the user.

The Compliance Status of the Obligation is now updated as shown below -
