Dynamic Control Field Behavior in Risk Assessment

When adding controls in Risk Assessment: If the control type is Additional, the field remains a text box. If the control type is Existing, the field changes to a dropdown listing all available controls.

Benefit: Improves usability by dynamically adapting input fields based on control type.
