Scheduled Action Role Permissions
See the Scheduled Actions page in this guide for further detail on how to create, edit, and delete Scheduled Actions in CMO.
Scheduled Action Tab Enabled | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view the Scheduled Actions tab in the Action Register. |
Allow View | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to see the Scheduled Action details page for Scheduled Actions that are created for Org Unit / Entity which user is assigned to. |
Allow Edit Future Action Templates |
When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view and click the Future Actions Template option on the Edit Action screen. When enabled, users will be allowed to edit future action templates for Upon Prior Completion and Based on Interval are set as the scheduled Action type. Note: For detailed examples of how this rule applies to scheduled actions, see the Edit Scheduled Actions page. |
Allow Edit Schedule | When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view and click the Edit Schedule menu options within scheduled Actions. When enabled, users will be able to edit dates of the recurrence patter or rage of scheduled Actions. |
Allow Delete |
When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to delete Scheduled Actions. Note: Actions can be deleted individually if the user has permission to do so, but the scheduled itself can only be deleted if this Allow Delete permission is enabled. |
Allow View User Group Assignments |
When selected, the Users assigned to a Role with this permission enabled will be able to view user group assignments within Scheduled Actions. Note: Individual Actions are controlled by their own set of permissions. The Allow View User Group Assignments for Scheduled Action role permission affects the visibility of the Assignments tab on the Scheduled Actions details page. |
