Dashboard Role Permissions

The table below defines the Dashboard Role Permissions.

 

The table below defines the Dashboard Role Permissions. Role Permissions can be found by navigating to the Admin module, then selecting Role Permissions from the left sidebar menu. 

Workflow Dashboard Enabled When selected, the users assigned to this role will have access to the Workflow Dashboard, which displays Workflow Actions and Events pending their attention. 
Performance Dashboard Enabled When selected, users assigned to this role will have access to the Performance Dashboard. This dashboard displays various widgets with performance indicators such as Actions and Events that are overdue or are awaiting verification, complete or incomplete Events, and the documents that user has access to. 
GPS Location Dashboard Enabled When selected, users assigned to this role will have access to the GPS Location Dashboard. This dashboard displays a satellite photo map of their location (the GIS module must first be activated and the GPS coordinates must be configured under Business Rules > Cog Wheel > GIS Module
Custom Dashboard Enabled  When selected, users assigned to this role will have access to all custom dashboards that have been created and their role has been granted access to see them.
Allow Configure Workflow Dashboard This permission works in conjunction with the Workflow Dashboard Enabled permission above. When selected, users will see the Customize menu item in the right-hand side of the Workflow dashboard tab. This permission allows users to access the customization screen for workflow dashboards.
