This reference article documents all Admin settings for CMO Business Rules. Admin Settings are used to define options for customizing Admin features.
Each of these settings can be found by following this path in CMO:
- Log in as an Admin.
- From the home screen, click Admin.
- Click Business Rules from the side bar menu.
- Click your company name.
- Navigate to the Admin section of settings.
The table below describes setting options for the Admin section on the Business Rules page.

Functionality |
Create Entity ID |
If checked, an Entity ID will be available in the Entities register within the Admin module. If disabled, the Entity ID will be hidden from view or access on the Entities register. |
Multiple billing addresses for Entities |
When checked, this allows regular Entities to have more than one Billing address.
Note: This is located in the top tab of the Location Edit Window, and is a part of the Expense Module. This can be enabled or disabled without impact other than hiding or showing the additional fields involved.

Second Org Unit filter |
When checked, this provides a 2nd Org Unit filter in each module.
Note: Users can filter by a parent Org Unit and then filter by a child Org Unit. The display separately, but are cascading in dependence.

Page timeout |
The admin can manually enter the length of time before the system times out and requires a user to log in.
Note: A user that is inactive will automatically be logged out of the application after the set period of inactive time.

Footer Text |
This manual entry text box allows clients the option to create a footer text. This is only accessible by a System Administrator role.
Note: The default text of this footer is defined by Mitratech but can be customized by customers with a white label solution.

This manual entry text box allows clients the option to create a Footer hyperlink. This is only accessible by a System Administrator role.

Password Expiration |
When checked, this option forces password expiration for all users. After the box is checked, a manual entry text box labeled Expiration Days will appear. Type the number of expiration days into this field. |
Email User to Create Password |
When checked, the system will email users with instructions to set up their own password - Admins will not be able to set user passwords. If disabled, Admins will have the ability to create passwords for users. |
