Why do I get a blank white screen when I attempt to Log In?

When logging into the Acuity portal if you receive a blank white page, this indicates your password has expired. Once your password has expired, it must be reset by Acuity.

Please call Acuity Support to let us know your password has expired and we will reset the password for you or submit an Acuity Case Form

    • Press option 3 (Support), then option 1 (Legal Operations), then option 4 Acuity Support), to get to the Acuity ELM Support queue where a customer support representative will take your call.
