Add Status & Reminders/Step to a Case

Petition templates contain predefined steps and they can be customized to fit your needs.

Navigate to the 'Case Info' page of the case you wish to alter. Under the 'Communication' section, click on 'Status & Reminders/Steps'.

A page with detailed case steps will be displayed. Choose ‘Add New’ from the drop-down near the top of the page and click the arrow next to it.

A new window will open - ‘Step Name’ and ‘Est./Reminder Date’ are required fields. Enter this information and click ‘Save’.
