Rules make sharing and assigning matters easy. By creating rules, you can automatically share matters with a particular client user or assign matters to a particular firm user as soon as the matters are entered into Viewabill.
The Rules page displays the rules that have been created. Each row shows the Rule Name, Client ID, Last Modified date, Last Applied date, Description, Status, and Actions available for a rule.
In the Actions column of the table, administrators can:
- View an overview for a rule.
- Edit a rule name, description, client ID, users associated with the rule, and permissionsassociated with the users.
- Duplicate a rule to create the same rule for a different client ID.
- Delete a rule.
Note: Only administrators can perform these tasks.
