You can view the Entries list by opening the Data Explorer Overview, Activity, Task Codes, or Velocity tab, selecting your scope, and scrolling to the Entries list at the bottom of the page.
The Entries list describes each time entry for the defined scope. Clicking any of the underlined items (such as a specific Matter, Engagement, or Timekeeper) changes the scope of the Data Explorer and opens the Data Explorer Overview tab.
To change the columns that are displayed, click the Display button and select or clear the appropriate checkboxes.
To sort the list by field, click the column heading for that field. Clicking the same column heading again changes the sort order either from ascending to descending, or vice versa.
To import the list into a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel, click the Export button to export the list to a CSV file and then import the file in the spreadsheet application.
To inquire about an entry, click the Follow Up icon. The inquiry is emailed directly to the firm’s Billing Partner.
