Can the foreign national remove a phone number or email address from a questionnaire?

The foreign national cannot delete any data that is already in the database.  The foreign national can only delete something that he or she has added but not yet saved to the questionnaire.  If the foreign national needs to remove a phone number, he or she will have to contact the  immigration specialist to delete the information.
