Does an Individual's Portal Access Password Expire?

The maximum lifespan of a password is 120 days.  You can edit this in the Manage Password Strength Requirements section in the Options menu (click Password Strength Options under Manage Tenant Settings).  If the old password is expired, the portal user will be prompted to change the password after logging in using the old password.
