Why is data in an individual record or a process record not populating to forms?

Each time you enter new information into an individual record or a process record, in order to map the information to the form, you need to open the Forms Prep screen (if the data you entered or changed is in one of  the fields listed in the Forms Prep screen), select the appropriate value, then click Submit. Proceed to open the form then click the Refresh icon to map the information to the form. Note that not all forms have a Form Prep screen.
