How to Download an I-9

This shows how users can download a PDF copy of the I-9.

Goal

Users can download and print a PDF copy of the Form I-9 from the summary tab.

Steps

  1. Search for the employee and navigate to the Form I-9 tab.
  2. Go to the Summary tab within the I-9.

  1. Scroll down to the Audit History section of the Summary tab.
  2. Click on the PDF icon to open and save a copy of the Form I-9. There is a PDF copy for each major change in the I-9. The most recent version is the top row.
