How to Export a List of Users

This shows how a client admin can export a list of users.

Goal

 A client admin can export the list of users into an Excel spreadsheet by following the below steps:

Export All Records to Excel

This spreadsheet contains user information needed to create a user account and other information, such as when the credentials emailed were last sent or when the user last logged in.

  1. Select Manage Users under the Admin Control Panel.
  2. If you would like the spreadsheet to contain inactive users, uncheck the "Hide Inactive Users" option.
  3. Click on "Export All Records to Excel".

Export User Security Report to Excel

This spreadsheet contains basic user information and security information by worksite.

  1. Select Manage Users under the Admin Control Panel.
  2. If you would like the spreadsheet to contain inactive users, uncheck the "Hide Inactive Users" option.
  3. Click on "Export User Security Report to Excel".
