What is TeamConnect Business Intelligence (Linux)?

TeamConnect Business Intelligence (TCBI) (Linux) is Mitratech's analytics and reporting platform built on top of TeamConnect, Mitratech's enterprise legal management solution. TCBI enables legal and business teams to visualize, analyze, and act on their TeamConnect data through interactive dashboards and reports — without needing technical expertise or custom queries.

A purpose-built migration toolset is provided to replicate existing dashboards, folder structures, scripts, and share permissions from the Windows environment to Linux. Known behavioral differences between the two platforms are documented with tested solutions to support client validation during migration.

With TCBI, users can:

  • Monitor matters, invoices, and spend through pre-built dashboards
  • Track key metrics and trends across your legal operations
  • Filter and explore data interactively in real time
  • Export reports and share dashboards across your organization
  • Gain visibility into who is using the system and how dashboards are performing

TCBI Linux is powered by Sisense, an enterprise analytics engine, and is now available on Linux (Rocky Linux 9), delivering significantly faster data processing and improved platform stability compared to the previous Windows-based deployment.
