Issue: Appointment is not displaying in the Key Date timeline when the user adds a project after the creation of appointment.

Issue: Date Picker appearing after refreshing the page even when closed.
Description: Date picker is appearing on the screen without clicking on it when we use a custom date range filter and refresh the page.
