How to Post a TAP Product Request

About: The Ideas portal is hosted on the Customer Connect site through the Co-Innovation Forum. A centralized place to ask questions to other TAP users and suggest enhancements for future development. Here you can post your product improvement idea and other TAP users can comment and upvote. Our product team will monitor this site when creating the development roadmap.

How to post a product idea:​

1. ​Go to​. This is the same site used to submit support tickets. If you need access, contact your Account Manager. 

2. Select the Product Request tab or "post a forum question" 


3. Clearly describe your product idea in detail and how it would impact your workflows. Please use the add topic feature to add any relevant topics to your post.


4. Browse the other product requests! Maybe you can help with a clever workaround or share your feedback on a development item.
