Recipient Lists Quick Reference Guide

Quick Reference Card for creating New Recipient Lists in PolicyHub.
Click on Recipient Lists from the navigation sidebar.   Capture R1.PNG
Click on the Create new list button in the lower right-hand corner. Capture R2.PNG
Populate the list Name and Description, using your defined naming conventions. Capture R3.PNG
Click on the Groups Button.   Capture R4.PNG
Drag and drop Groups into your recipient list. Capture R5.PNG
Best Practice:  Whenever possible, add groups to the recipient lists instead of individuals.  When the groups are updated the recipient list is automatically updated.  
Expand a Group to see the members. Capture R6.PNG
Drag and drop individuals into the recipient list. Capture R7.PNG
Save the recipient list by clicking the save button in the lower right-hand corner. Capture R9.PNG
The recipient list will be active upon saving. Capture R8.PNG
