TeamConnect LegalHold Integration Version 3.1.0

System Requirements

To install TeamConnect LegalHold Integration 3.1.0, your TeamConnect Enterprise environment must be running version 8.0 or later.

Installation

You must have administrator rights to install this update.

To install the latest TeamConnect LegalHold integration version 3.1.0, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to TeamConnect® as an administrator.
2. Click on the Admin tab, then click on the Admin Settings from the left pane.
3. In the left pane, click the About link.
4. In the Available Updates section, click the Show updates available for installed products button.
5. From the list of available updates, locate  TeamConnect LegalHold Integration 3.1.0 and click on the Install Now button.
6. Restart your TeamConnect® instance. 
7. Open TOOLS → MODULE SETUP TOOL and install Legal Hold to your preferred Matter dispute View.
8. Open SETUP → CLEAR CACHE 2X UI SETTINGS and click “clear Cache.”
9. Log-out and log back in the application.

Enhancements

Enhancement: Global "All Legal Holds" View
Description: Users can now access a dedicated All Legal Holds section in TeamConnect from the main navigation bar. This global view consolidates all Matters and their linked Legal Holds into an interactive grid, displaying each hold record on an individual row.
Key details include hyperlinked Matter and Hold names for direct in-app navigation, hold dates, hold statuses, released-by details, custodian metrics (Total, Active, Respondent, Non-Respondent), column-level search filters, printable view options, and seamless navigation to the LegalHold application supporting SSO.

Enhancement: Out-of-the-Box Rule to Prevent Closing Matters with Active Legal Holds
Description: We have productized an out-of-the-box (OOTB) validation rule that prevents TeamConnect matters from being closed while they have active legal holds associated with them.

Issue: Erroneous Error Message When Updating User Security Groups
Description: Resolved an issue in TeamConnect where assigning or updating a user's security group triggered a false-positive error message upon saving, despite the changes being saved successfully.

Issue: False Failure Notifications During OAuth Token Refresh in Scheduled Actions
Description: Resolved an issue where automatic OAuth access token refreshes during scheduled synchronization caused the Legal Hold Scheduled Action to report a failure and send false-positive failure notification emails, even though synchronization recovered and completed successfully.
