TeamConnect LegalHold Integration Version 2.2.5 (March 2026)
This document outlines the system requirements, installation procedure, and bug fixes included in TeamConnect LegalHold Integration version 2.2.5 release.
1. System Requirements
To install TeamConnect LegalHold integration version 2.2.5, ensure that your TeamConnect Enterprise version is 7.2 or below.
2. Installation
You must have administrator rights to install this update. To install the latest TeamConnect LegalHold integration version 2.2.5, follow the steps below:
- Log in to TeamConnect® as an administrator.
- Click on the Admin tab, then click on the Admin Settings from the left pane.
- In the left pane, click the About link.
- In the Available Updates section, click the Show updates available for installed products button.
- From the list of available updates, locate TeamConnect LegalHold 2.2.5 and click on the Install Now button.
- Restart your TeamConnect® instance.
- Open TOOLS → MODULE SETUP TOOL and install Legal Hold to your preferred Matter dispute View.
- Open SETUP → CLEAR CACHE 2X UI SETTINGS and click “clear Cache.”
- Log-out and log back in the application.
3. Bug Fixes
Issue: Resolved an issue where disabled, deleted, or non‑existent users were still being processed by the Legal Hold Sync job due to stale cached identity data. The system continued attempting to sync these users even though their ‘enabled’ checkbox was unchecked or the user account no longer existed, resulting in repeated and persistent errors in the Production logs.
