Type 1-2-3 Listing

The Type 1-2-3 Listing report will give you a list of all active Type 1, 2, and 3’s that are currently being used.

  • Top-menu, Reporting | Report Listing
  • To the right under Report Categories, click on Support
  • To the left click on report Title ‘Type 1-2-3 Listing' (SUP029.cfm)
    • Type 1 = Matter Type
    • Type 2 = Keyword
    • Type 3 = Issues
