Lawtrac 4.X Matter Number prefix not available when adding a new matter
When a new matter type is added then it must be added to the security group restrictions area by taking the following steps in order for it to be available when creating a new matter.
- Top-menu, My Lawtrac | Application Administration
- Matter Maintenance tab
- To the right click on Matter Numbers
- Click on the Edit Pencil icon next to the prefix number
- Click on Restrict Use by Matter Type
- Click the radio buttons next to each type to turn them green
