Appendix A: SMTP Server Information

Background:

The Lawtrac application includes the ability to send messages via email to individuals throughout your organization. These messages could be notifications to retain information (Legal Hold), contract reminders, invoicing and other financial notifications.

Some companies have deployed software on the servers that receive and process these messages as “SPAM”.

Purpose:

This document provides configuration information that your company’s IT department can use to ensure emails coming from the Lawtrac application are delivered successfully.

Settings:

SMTP Server Address: SMTP.appsonline.com

Domain # 1: Lawtraconline.com

Domain # 2: Lawtrac.com
