Auto-Delete Draft Records

This article helps the user understand the process of auto-deleting the draft records/smart forms.

Auto-Delete Draft Records

The Integrum application allows its users to enable auto-delete functionality for the draft forms. The user must select 'Yes' for the setting "Enable Auto-delete of Draft records" and also enter the number of days to delete in the "Delete Draft Records" setting.

Steps to Enable the Setting:

  1. Login to Integrum Application.
  2. Go to Workflow Wizard.
  3. Go to the setting option “Enable Auto-delete of draft records” and select the ‘Yes’ radio button.

Note: This new option is introduced at the Smartform template level.

4. Enter the number of days in the “Delete Draft records” setting to auto-delete the draft records to enable the period in which the draft records should be deleted.

5. The deletion time stamp will be recorded in the Audit trail time stamp and the timestamp will be visible in the recycle bin record.
