Updated File Format Extension for Attachments 

This is an improvement to an existing functionality to attach multiple file formats in Smartform. The web and mobile applications are updated to support more file-type options like .msg, .mov, and .mp4 extensions. To enable this functionality the attachment field should be configured in a Smartform. 

Note: The file formats . .msg, .mov, and .mp4 should be enabled under the Company profile level (Keyword Module).

Attach Multiple File Formats

1. Login to the app.
2. Navigate to Administration > Smartform Builder > Form Template > Select the form that is configured with the Attachment field.
3. Raise a form, attach the file extensions, fill in all mandatory fields, and Save the form.
4. The form is saved and all the file extensions are attached successfully without any errors.

Note:

1. If any file size exceeds 10MB, the app displays an error “Unaccepted file size: Exceeds limit (10000KB)”.
2. If any unsupported file extension is attached the app displays an error “Unsupported format. Please contact administrator”.
