Settings Screen Improvements in Mobile App

Overview

Enhanced the Settings screen to improve how users manage update downloads, language preferences, offline mode, and app management. These updates provide a clearer interface, streamlined workflows, and consistent behavior across devices and instances.

Home Screen Access

Implemented improvements to ensure the Home screen displays correctly after login.

Steps:
  1. Log in to the Integrum Live app using your credentials.
  2. The Home screen displays form views under the assigned portal group.

Profile setting page

The Home screen consistently shows the correct portal group and associated forms.

Profile Settings Menu

Enhanced the Profile Settings menu to provide quick access to key options.

Menu Options Include:
  • Home
  • Settings
  • Update Downloads
  • App Management
  • Dark Mode
  • Logout

Users can easily navigate to essential functions from the Profile Settings menu.

Settings Submenu

Implemented a structured Settings submenu for better configuration management.

Options Include:
  • My Account
  • Language
  • Default Home Page
  • Switch to Offline Mode
  • Latest Release

Users can configure account preferences, language, and offline mode directly from the Settings submenu.

Update Downloads

Enhanced update download functionality to provide granular control over content synchronization.

Steps:
  1. Open Update Downloads from the Profile Settings menu.
  2. Options include:
  • Download form templates
  • Download lookup tables
  • Download OUs
  • Download employee list
  • Download portals
  • Download the company logo
  1. By default, all options are disabled.

Update downloads

4. Enable the required options and click Download.

The system downloads the selected items and displays a confirmation pop-up when the download finishes.

App Management

Implemented improvements to App Management for streamlined access to tools.

Options Include:
  • To‑Do
  • QR

App management

  • Selecting To‑Do opens the My Actions page.
  • Selecting QR opens the camera for scanning.
  • Canceling returns the user to the App Management page.
