Smartform Setup for Mandatory Comments

Implemented a change in the Smartform set-up where the comments by the user are mandatory in the comments field according to the radio buttons selected in the parent field i.e. C for compliant, NC for Non-Compliant and N/A for Not Applicable. In the master field, if the user selects C, then the mandatory comments should be No. If the user selects NC or N/A, then the mandatory comments should be 'Yes'.

Steps to View the Options

  1. Log in to Integrum Application.
  2. Go to Administration > Smart Form Builder > Parent form.
  3. Open a parent form and jump to the parent section in the form.

4. Select the radio button of your choice.

5. Depending on the choice the user must enter the comments in the comment section.
